📦 Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking details once it’s shipped.
🚚 Shipping Within New Zealand
We currently ship within New Zealand and offer international shipping to Australia only.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes at this time.

Right now, we ship internationally only to Australia — but more destinations are on the way!
📦 Click & Collect
We’re an online-only store, which means we don’t currently offer Click & Collect. All orders are shipped directly to your door.
📦 Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor your parcel in real time.

If your order hasn't arrived after 5 business days of shipping, please contact us at support@up4.co.nz. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
